For over 35 Heartland Senior Services has provided a range of services for residents of Story County who are 60 years or older. These services include Transportation, Congregate and Home-delivered meals, Outreach, Adult Day Care, and Activities and Resources. Heartland exists to help seniors connect with valuable resources in Story County that promote better living.
