Everyday needs 

Heartland Senior Services is, in many cases, the one resource where individuals and families can turn to for support. We are that connection to overcome isolation, to receive a nutritious meal, to get to a medical appointment!

Below are some examples of how Heartland Senior Services uses your donations:

$25 could provide:

• Three (3) meals delivered directly to home-bound seniors
• Help with prescription/medical co-pays
• Two (2) round trips to congregate meals

$50 could provide:

• Emergency utility payments
• Full-cost of one day in our Adult Day Center
• Four (4) round trips for medical appointments

$100 could provide:

• Two (2) weeks of home-delivered meals, including frozen meals for weekends
• Enjoy a day-trip excursion including food and socialization with friends
• An assortment of exercise DVD's for our active seniors
