Mission Statement
The mission of Heartland Senior Services is to help create a community that values older people and supports them in achieving and maintaining their desired quality of life.

Congregate meals for seniors are served in eight Story County communities indicated below. Home-delivered meals are available in those eight communities and in Cambridge, Collins, Gilbert, Kelley, Roland, Sheldahl, and Slater.


Individual Nutritional Counseling Services are also provided in the following areas:  Cardiovascular Disease/Hypertension, Celiac Disease, Diabetes, General Nutrition, Gerontology, Home Health, and Weight Control.

60 & Over:  A donation of $3.25 is suggested. Meal tickets are available

To be eligible for the suggested contribution, you must:

  1. Be 60 years of age or older
  2. Complete a NAPIS registration form and sign it. 
    (Registration is required annually)


59 & Under
:
  Lunch price is $6.75
